Responsibilities

  • Overseeing preconstruction estimation and budget creation
  • Reading, interpreting, and understanding building drawings, specifications, contract documents, shop drawings, etc.
  • Analyzing blueprints during estimation and construction phase
  • Ensuring proper project planning, scheduling, and staffing
  • Supervising field operations to attain the target in the most cost-effective manner
  • Preparing in-depth reports and evaluating the progress of the project
  • Delivering project work on time and within budget
  • Communicating professionally with clients and contractors to discuss scope, cost, schedule, etc
  • Maintaining constant communication throughout the whole project
  • Reviewing the construction design documents 
  • Representing company for business matters on different platforms 
  • Maintaining a safe and positive working environment

EDUCATION:

  • A high school degree in Civil Engineering is required
  • A master’s degree in Construction Management would be preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 8-10 years of construction experience in a senior management position is required
  • Previous experience in commercial construction would be preferred

Pay Range

$60.00 – $70.00 per hour
